These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of OUTSMART.
OUTSMART is a product of Towson International Limited.
OUTSMART is designed to be played instantly without requiring sign up, login, or account creation.
You may use OUTSMART for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
OUTSMART does not require user accounts or sign-up. An anonymous device identifier is generated automatically to enable the leaderboard and moderation features described in our Privacy Policy.
The game experience, rules, and features may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
All content, design, branding, and game mechanics of OUTSMART are owned by Towson International Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
You agree not to:
Leaderboard display names are user-generated content. You are responsible for the names you submit. We reserve the right to remove any name, at any time and without notice, that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We may also restrict your ability to submit new names or use the leaderboard if your conduct repeatedly violates these Terms.
OUTSMART includes a reporting function that lets players flag inappropriate names for our review. Abusing this function (for example, by submitting bulk false reports) is itself a violation of these Terms.
We do not pre-screen every submission and do not guarantee that the leaderboard will be free of objectionable content at all times. We rely on automated screening and user reports to keep the leaderboard appropriate.
OUTSMART offers optional in-app subscriptions and one-time purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their respective policies; we are not able to issue refunds directly.
OUTSMART may include links to third-party platforms such as app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services.
OUTSMART is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Towson International Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
